Our 6 hour private tour our cost is 100.00 per person for our all private tour we ask that you pay for the cost of the empty seats for either the 3 hour or our 6 hour tour if need be. All snorkel equipment wetsuits and beverages is included with your tour.

Manatee Swim Tours
Are you traveling to Florida for the perfect family getaway? Well what's more perfect than to swim with Manatees in FL? Here at Florida's Nature Coast Charter Co. we aim to please. We do all Private Manatee, Swim, Scenic, Fishing and Scallop Tours. If you would like to know what make's Florida's Nature Coast Charter Co. so unique is that we do all small private tours 6 people maximum. Why do the customers like it this way? Imagine yourself with another tour operator that has a boat load of 20 or more people and only a manatee or two around that boat. This in turn makes the experience not as enjoyable to some of the other customers why? This is because some of the customers will probably not have that one on one experience that they where looking for and this is why we only book small private tours. With it being this way you will be guaranteed the one on one experience with these gentle giants. Before we take you out on your snorkel tour we will be playing a 10 minute onboard video from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service called "Manatee Manners" which shows us and the customers the rules and guidelines on how to interact with the manatee on your manatee tour. We are conveniently located approximate. 1.5 hours travel time from Tampa & Orlando, and 1 hour from Ocala. There are three different fresh water springs that are 72' all year round that we can visit during your encounter. Swimming with the manatees is one of the most unique things to do in florida and to most the best experience of a lifetime. Please take a minute and watch our "Manatee Encounter Video" to see just how these wild mammals come up to you. All snorkel equipment wetsuits and beverages is included with your tour. Manatee Facts.
Citrus County, FL. is well known for its Manatee's. It is the only place in the world where you can legally swim with manatees and interact with this majestic creature. People all over the world travel here just to swim with the manatee's. Manatee's are playful mammals that swim into the 72' springs to avoid the cold temperatures of the Gulf of Mexico during the winter months. They have a tough leathery skin like an Elephant, and their flippers have toenails that look like flat elephant feet.
Fishing Charters
Citrus County is also very popular for Red Fish and Trout, as the Gulf of Mexico feeds directly into the Homossasa and the Crystal Rivers. Red Fish are easy to identify by the reddish gold colors and a black spot located on their tail. Trout are silver in color with black speckles along the upper body and a white belly. The sea trout love to stay in the grass flats and the red fish love the oyster bars both are excellent fish for enjoying a delicious seafood dinner
Scallops Tours
Because the Homosassa and Crystal Rivers lead into the Gulf it makes it easy to enjoy a snorkel dive to get Scallops. What better than to swim in the Gulf of Mexico and collect your own Scallops to take home and cook up! Scallops have a white shell and they open and close their shell to swim. Cancellation Policy For Florida's Nature Coast Charter Co.
Due to our limited number of tours we have found it necessary to implement a cancellation policy. When you make a reservation with us it means that someone else may be turned away if they try to book that date and tour. We make a commitment to our guests when we reserve a tour on their behalf and require a commitment from our guests in return. We require seven (7) days notification if you wish to cancel a tour. We will not refund short-notice cancellations. We pre-charge all credit card reservations for the cost of the tour. this is to insure that people don't book a tour and then not show up.
